SUMMER SLAM CHAMPS - REGISTRATION

$80 per team

Minimum 2 females per team

Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of time so we can avoid delays.

Prizes per team:

1st Place - $300

2nd Place - $200

3rd place - $100

SHIRTS: Please sign up by OCTOBER 1ST to receive a shirt. We'll order a few extras but can't guarantee.

You may order extra shirts for $20 each (add to your registration sizes & Venmo).

ONLY ONE PERSON ON A TEAM NEEDS TO HAVE QUALIFIED FOR CHAMPS

FORMAT:

• Pool Play - 3 SETS TO 21
• Single elimination tournament - 3 SETS TO 21
• Play-in matches - 1 SET TO 21

If a team wins 2-0 they will automatically move on without playing a 3rd game.
